What it does

Build, view and organize dashboards. A drag-and-drop designer, a viewer with charts and large grids, plus folders, favorites, recents, search and saved views.
Work from the data you already have. Admins connect to SQL Server, browse tables, preview data and define datasets. Results export to CSV or Excel.
Bring existing reports with you. Import Power BI (.pbix and .pbit) files and older DevExpress dashboards, with a chance to inspect each one first.
Send dashboards on a schedule. Subscriptions email dashboards as PDF or PNG, and each recipient sees only what their own permissions allow.
Post notices where people look. Put a notice on a dashboard when something needs attention. People only see notices on boards they are allowed to see.
Sign-in and roles you control. Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and recovery codes, optional Microsoft Entra sign-in, and role-based permissions.

There is also an optional Android companion app for Home, notices and dashboards, with fingerprint unlock and push alerts.

Who it’s for

Organizations that keep their operational data in Microsoft SQL Server and want shared, permission-controlled dashboards without running a separate BI server. Today that includes community mental health and behavioral-health agencies.
